Greatnana and Greatgrandad got me a modle car and 20 dollars nana and grandad got me a 5 in 1 triansformers pack and 2 book. dollars Aunty Pam got me a war book Aunty Bee got me a lego indeanna Jonse psp game.

This term I have been  making a birdhouse I am hoping that I can get it finished befor the end of the term.

Smooth muscle; has spindle shaped cells that over lap.  It contracts about 50 times more slowly than skeletal.

Skeletal muscle;  contains very long slender muscle fibers arranged in parallel which give it a striped apperance.

Caradiac muscle; the short branching fibers of caradiac muscles interconnect.  They are packed with energy releasing mitochondria.

Facts:

• The body has some 640 skeletal muscles, accounting for about 40 per cent of body weight.
• Skeletal muscles are attached to bones by tough fibrous connections called tendons.
• Individual muscles cells are called muscle fibers.
• Skeletal muscle is made up of thousands of muscle fiber arranged in parallel bundles.
• Each fibre is thinner than a hair and can measure up to 30 cm long.

Some facts:

World War 2 was faught between 1939 and 1945.  Over 70 countries were in the war.  Despite the efforts or World War 1 to prevent it from happening again but it did!

When the attack on Pearl Harbor ended, 21 of the US Pacific Fleet were sunk, 188 aircrafts were destroyed and 159 more aircraft were damaged.

Massive celebrations took place in London as sthe Allies won the war.  Over a million people poured into the streets of Eroupe to celebrate the Victory in Europe (VE)Day.  It was an all round festive atmosphare.  But the war in Asia continued.

May 26 1941, The Bismarck was sunk by the British Navy after a very long chase.
